GENERAL INFORMATION
Rates quoted are European plan and are subject to state and local
taxes.
Room reservations require credit card guarantee or deposit at time
of booking to confirm stay. All major credit cards are accepted.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Extra person
charge is $20.00 per night. Children 17
and under stay free (up to 2 per
room) when sharing with an adult in room
with existing bedding. Maximum four people
to a room.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Check out - noon; check-in - 4:00 pm.
It is advisable to secure golf and/or spa reservations immediately
following your confirmation of room reservations.
Piedmont International Airport (25 minutes from Grandover) is serviced
by American, Delta, Continental, United,
Northwest, and US Airways.
Airport transportation by limousine, shuttle, taxi service and auto
rental may be arranged.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of
a credit card or personal check. A deposit of half the package rate
is required to confirm package reservations. Early departure will
result in a charge of the full package rate. Reservations cancelled after 6pm of your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposit checks should be made payable
to Grandover Resort and sent to:

PACKAGE INFORMATION
Suites available for a surcharge:
Junior Suite - add $25 per night
One Bedroom European Themed Suite - add $300 per night
Subject to availability. Additional nights are available. Package
features and amenities not included for children sharing room. Packages
must be booked prior to arrival. Package rates exclude tax and gratuity.
Unused portion of packages are non refundable. Packages include unlimited
use of fitness center. Due to golf course maintenance and grooming,
one course may not be available during some dates.
